  1. Hi Richard, Thanks so much for the follow up. Today’s class was more than I could have ever expected. I went in barely even knowing how to turn on my digital camera and while I am still no expert, I left with more knowledge & skill than I ever anticipated. Jen did an amazing job from the very beginning with the “Master Your Camera Controls” workshop. I’m so happy I decided to book this last minute. I gained a wealth of knowledge with hands on experience & was well prepared for the in the field session immediately following. I walked away with even more curiosity for photography and images I am pretty happy with 😊 I am attaching a few to this email. Thank you both again! Jen – you were phenomenal. THANK YOU 😊

  6. Jennifer was a great teacher yesterday during our Camera Controls and Chinatown Composition in the field class in Chinatown. Jennifer was very knowledgeable and patient with all of us students. I hope that you will be putting on a night time class in Downtown LA or Hollywood. That is a class I would totally sign up for.

  7. Hey Jennifer,

Thank you for a great class. I look forward to the next one with you.

I did a lot of post to deal with the stark black/white contrast. My goal was to capture both his cool and his expertise.

  8. I really enjoyed the photo workshop at Venice Beach today. Jennifer is awesome! I learned a few new tricks using my camera in manual mode (rather than the easy auto mode). I enclose a few photos from our session. I’m pleased with them.

    Thanks again,
    Gail Hamilton

Thank you so much for your personalized attention and patience with my developing photography skills. That was a great class and I walked away with a much better sense of my camera and the functions. It was wonderful to walk around and spend time with you. Clearly, you are an exceptionally gifted instructor and photographer. Please count me in on your next class. ”

  17. “Jenn was an awesome teacher!
She explained the “feared’ manual setting better than a camera retail store which sold three classes that were 2 hours long a piece.
I think taking pics, making a mistake and saying “Ok, what the?” and having her there to ask about the error was great.’ Thank you very much.It was a great experience. No longer on Program Mode…hahaha”

    -Molly Black

  18. “Much fun was had by all. Nice to meet everyone!”
