Perkins Center for the Arts
Perkins opens their 30th Anniversary Photography Exhibit this Sunday, Jan. 30, from 1-4 PM. I was a great honor this year to be invited to juror their 30th exhibition. Perkins was the very first photography show I ever got into many, many, many years ago. It was a pleasure to return several times as an exhibitor, and now a special thrill to jury for them. Sally Friedman has written a large article that will appear in this weekend’s Philly Inquirer (hopefully with some pictures too). Hope to see you there!
Also, coming up at Perkins in February, I will be giving a lecture on my latest series of work “Vessels of the Late Petroleum Age”. More news about that February 27th lecture soon.
